It’s not everyday that you get to be a part of a wedding experience that is so unique and so special that people talk about it for weeks and months after if happened. Well, it’s only been a few weeks but people are still talking about Elizabeth and Hunter’s wedding and I’m pretty sure that folks will be talking about this one for many months to come.

Philbrook Museum set the stage for this stunning outdoor ceremony and tent-covered reception. Talmadge Powell took it from there and created an amazing oasis of flowers and light and hand painted backdrops that turned a tent into a temple of entertainment (that might have been a bit dramatic, but let’s just say that it was pretty darn awesome!)

Thanks go all around to the Jordan and Hoehn families and all their amazing friends for such a great party atmosphere. They rocked out to the legendary Haute Chile, direct from Del Mar, California, and I had an absolute ball dancing and shooting and shooting and dancing to them all night long.

Additional and huge kudos go out to Von Films for the incredible show they created and displayed THAT NIGHT. What a treat! And props also go out to Robyn Martin and Mishelle Handy Cakes and The Silo for the terrific rehearsal dinner on Friday evening.

Congratulations Elizabeth and Hunter! That was a fantastic day and a genuine pleasure to be a part of it!

OK, let’s set the scene, Gaillardia Country Club. Our stars, Nadine and Sami, direct from Dallas, Texas appearing for one night only. Now if we stopped right there, we already have the makings of a phenomenal night, especially when you add all the awesome family and friends from both families into this fantastic location. But when you include some supporting cast members like OKC’s very own Wedding Belle, Robyn Martin, floral mastery from Hydrangea, layers and layers of sweets from Mishelle Handy Cakes and a rockin soundtrack provided by Dallas’s Premier Party Band, Random Axis, this turned night into an event that made everyone scrapbook their programs. A huge thanks everyone for making this such a fantastic wedding for Nadine and Sami!

I know you’ve had to wait for this one, but it will be worth the wait! What a spectacular weekend shared with so many amazing family and friends and some of the best wedding professionals in the industry. Rather than gush about how awesome each one was, I’ll just say that Tulsa was witness to a very special wedding this weekend with a very special couple. Alex and Cortney hosted a New Year’s Eve Party that even made Dick Clark jealous. Fantastic music, fantastic food, dancing all night long…and then the after party started. Wow! A very special thanks to all the wedding pros who helped make this weekend awesome and a huge congrats to Alex, Cortney and the entire Ketchum and Pelley family.

The Mayo hosted this terrific party with the gorgeous flowers from Toni’s Flowers, the delicious creativity from Icing on the Top, and the party pros at DJ Connection who kept a fantastic group of family friends dancing all night long (and then some from what I heard).
